This website is operated by Skyline Infratech (“SKYLINE INFRATECH”, “we”, “us” or “our”), with its office at Plot No. 64 & 65, Budh Vihar, Behrampur, Taj Highway, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh – 201001.
We decide why and how the personal information described in this policy is used. We handle it in line with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as its provisions come into force.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to this website and to the conversations and transactions that begin from it: phone calls, WhatsApp messages, office and site visits, bookings and purchases. It does not cover third-party websites or apps, even when we link to them.
What this website collects
We have built this website to collect as little as possible.
- Cookies and tracking
- None. We do not set cookies and do not use analytics, advertising pixels, social media plug-ins or any similar tracking tools.
- Fonts and scripts
- All fonts, images and scripts are served from our own website. Simply viewing a page does not send your information to a third-party service.
- The enquiry form
- Nothing you type is stored or sent by the website itself, and it is not saved in your browser’s storage. When you press Send enquiry, the form opens WhatsApp with your enquiry written out, addressed to our team. It reaches us only when you press send in WhatsApp, and WhatsApp’s own privacy policy then also applies.
- Server logs
- Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time. These logs are used only to run, secure and troubleshoot the website, and are kept for a limited period.
How we use your information
- To answer your enquiry and share the project information you ask for, such as prices, availability and documents.
- To arrange and confirm site and office visits.
- To process bookings, allotments, agreements, payments, registration and handover, and to provide after-sales service.
- To help you apply for a home loan, if you ask us to.
- To meet our obligations under applicable laws, including real estate, tax, anti-fraud and property-registration requirements.
- To keep this website and our records secure, and to prevent misuse.
We will send you news about new projects or offers only if you have told us you would like to receive it. You can ask us to stop at any time, and we will.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Your consent
When you contact us, you agree that we may use the information you give us for the purposes described above, and may reply by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email. We may also process information where the law allows us to without consent, for example to carry out a purchase you have asked for or to comply with a legal requirement.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect anything we did before it. If the information is needed to complete a transaction, we may not be able to continue with that transaction without it.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only when it is needed for the purposes above, and only with:
- The promoter, owner or associated entity responsible for the specific project you are buying in.
- Banks and housing finance companies, when you ask us to help with a home loan.
- Our legal advisers, chartered accountants and auditors, who are bound by professional confidentiality.
- Government and registration authorities, such as the sub-registrar’s office, as needed to register your property.
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, telephone and messaging services. They act on our instructions.
- Regulators, courts or law enforcement agencies, when we are required to by law or to protect our legal rights.
WhatsApp, maps and other services
Some buttons on this website open services run by other companies. The WhatsApp button and the enquiry form’s Send enquiry button open WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta; messages you send there are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. Get directions opens Google Maps, which is subject to Google’s privacy policy. Phone links place a call through your own mobile network. We are not responsible for how these services handle your information.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for. If an enquiry does not lead to a purchase, we delete or anonymise your details once they are no longer needed, or sooner if you ask us to.
Records relating to a booking or purchase are kept for as long as the law requires, for example for tax, registration and real estate regulatory purposes, and for as long as needed to honour our obligations to you after handover.
How we protect it
We use reasonable security practices to protect your information. Access is limited to the people who need it to serve you, paper documents are stored securely at our office, and this website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
No method of storing or sending information is completely secure. If a breach affecting your personal information does occur, we will inform you and the relevant authorities where the law requires us to.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we have used it.
- Correct, complete or update information that is inaccurate or out of date.

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Where a minor is involved in a property transaction, we deal with their parent or lawful guardian.
