Nothing on this website is an offer, an invitation to offer, an advertisement for booking, or a contract of any kind. No booking, allotment or sale is created by using this website. The terms of any purchase are governed only by the written agreement for sale, the allotment letter and the sale deed signed between you and the promoter of the project, and by applicable law.
Images, films and visuals
Many of the visuals on this website, including the building film on our home page, project renders and lifestyle interiors, are artistic impressions or computer-generated images. Some photographs may be representative, or may have been digitally enhanced.
- Furniture, furnishings, fittings, décor, landscaping, vehicles and people are shown for illustration and are not part of what is offered unless the agreement says so.
- Colours, materials and finishes may differ from the images because of lighting, screen settings or availability.
- Views, surroundings and neighbouring buildings may change over time and are not guaranteed.
Plans, areas and specifications
Layouts, elevations, specifications and amenities are indicative. They may change because of approvals from the competent authorities, site conditions, design requirements or statutory changes.
Areas shown on this website are approximate. Where a size is described as super area, covered area or saleable area, it is for general reference. The carpet area, as defined under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, together with the final specifications, will be set out in your agreement for sale.
Some amenities may be delivered in phases, may be shared with other residents or buildings, or may depend on third parties such as utility providers and local authorities.
Prices, charges and payments
Prices, price lists and payment plans shown on this website are indicative and depend on availability. They may be revised without notice. Some figures may reflect an earlier price list or resale indications, and may not be the current price.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices do not include GST, stamp duty, registration fees, preferential location charges, power back-up, electricity meter, maintenance, sewer and other one-time or recurring charges, or other government levies. Please ask for the current price list and a full cost sheet in writing.
A note on safe payments
Make payments only through banking channels, and only to the account named in your written price list, allotment letter or agreement. We will never ask you to pay into an individual’s personal account. If you receive payment instructions that look unusual, please call our office on +91 95601 09990 to confirm them before you transfer any money.
RERA registration and approvals
Our projects are located in more than one state, and each is regulated by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority of the state it is in: the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) for projects in Uttar Pradesh, and the Uttarakhand Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UK RERA) for projects in Uttarakhand. Where a project is registered, we show its registration number on the project page. You can check any registration, and the documents filed with it, on the official websites at up-rera.in and ukrera.uk.gov.in.
Where no registration number is shown, please ask us for the project’s current registration status, approvals and title documents before you proceed. We encourage every buyer to review these documents independently, and with a legal adviser of their choice.
Project entities
The projects shown on this website are presented under the SKYLINE INFRATECH name. An individual project may be developed, owned or sold by Skyline Infratech or by an associated or partner entity. The promoter, the seller and the account that receives payments for each home are named in that project’s price list and in your agreement, and those documents prevail.
Location and connectivity
Descriptions of neighbourhoods, distances, travel times and nearby schools, hospitals, roads, expressways and public transport are approximate. They are based on publicly available information or on plans made by third parties, such as government bodies, which are outside our control and may change or be delayed.
Documents and downloads
Price lists, brochures, plans and other documents offered on this website are reference copies. If there is any difference between a downloaded document and the documents signed at the time of booking or sale, the signed documents prevail.
Accuracy and updates
We take care to keep this website accurate and up to date, but errors, omissions and delays can happen. We may change, update or remove any content at any time without notice.
To the extent permitted by law, Skyline Infratech is not responsible for any loss arising from a decision made on the basis of this website alone, without confirming the details with us and reviewing the project documents.
